Catch Foundation creates and restores green spaces: Miyawaki forests, green belts, urban and riverfront plantations. Every site needs saplings, tree guards, drip lines, compost and labour, often from several local vendors at once.

What we did

Every purchase for a plantation project follows nine connected steps on Odoo, ensuring each order decision is based on compared prices and recorded for audit: material requests from site, 1-click WhatsApp RFQ dispatch, AI quote reading, item-wise L1 price comparison, programme head approval, automated multi-vendor PO splitting, site receipt tracking, AI bill matching, and real-time dashboard analytics.

Recognition

•Every order is placed on compared prices, with the lowest price per item marked automatically (L1).
•One request can be ordered from several vendors at once, so each item goes to its cheapest supplier.
•Vendors receive requests and orders on WhatsApp and reply faster, with quotes returning directly into comparison.
•Quotes and bills are no longer retyped: AI reads them and checks bills against the purchase order line by line.
•Spend is tracked per plantation project, and donor and audit reports are one click away.
•The 'To Approve' governance stage ensures programme head sign-off with an immutable change log on every PO.
