Challenge

Classic Collective already had products loaded on Odoo Online and wanted to start selling. But Odoo Online would not let them change the shop's menus, build pages for each product category or control how products were ordered inside them. Each supplier also shipped differently. Wagner additives went out from the workshop's own stock, Revotec and Team Dynamics parts were drop-shipped, and Vintage Tyres could only be delivered to the workshop for fitting. The team needed the website to say all of that, and to stop retyping supplier price lists by hand.

What we did

Steigern Tech migrated the entire database to Odoo 19 Enterprise on Odoo.sh with Git-based staging pipelines, implemented a bespoke racing green and navy brand theme with mega menus, engineered category-specific delivery and fitting modules, automated supplier price list imports with VAT and margin calculation, and launched online event registration and sustainability pages.

Recognition

•The business runs on Odoo 19 Enterprise with full control over custom modules, theme and deployment.
•One catalogue serves both the online shop and the workshop, filtered by category and brand.
•A supplier price list goes from file to updated shop in minutes instead of manual retyping.
•Delivery charges and times are correct per supplier without staff checking each order.
•Events take bookings online with automated ticket types and confirmation emails.
•Odoo 19 — Enterprise on Odoo.sh (Full custom code & Git CI/CD)
