Senior UI/UX Product Designer

Craft world-class component-driven Figma design systems, design token libraries, user journey flows, and high-fidelity clickable prototypes that map directly to Tailwind CSS and Flutter widgets.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UI/UX product design from raw concept wireframes to production-ready design systems and specifications.
  • Build and maintain multi-brand design systems, token architectures (variables/modes), and responsive component kits in Figma.
  • Create high-fidelity interactive clickable prototypes demonstrating micro-interactions, motion curves, and transitions.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend and Flutter engineers to ensure 100% pixel-perfect design implementation.
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations, user testing sessions, and audit WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.
  • Present design rationales and architectural decisions to stakeholders and international clients.
WHAT YOU BRING

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional digital product design experience across complex web platforms and mobile apps.
  • World-class mastery of Figma (Auto Layout, Component Variants, Variables, Interactive Components).
  • Strong understanding of frontend technical constraints (CSS Flexbox/Grid, Tailwind CSS, Flutter UI).
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating refined typography, visual hierarchy, and thoughtful interaction design.
  • Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
