Senior Flutter & Mobile Engineer

Looking for a seasoned Flutter engineer with deep expertise in Dart, state management (Riverpod), 60/120 FPS render loops, offline-first SQLite database synchronization, and native Android/iOS bridging.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and engineer high-performance cross-platform applications in Flutter & Dart for iOS and Android.
  • Implement clean architectural patterns using Riverpod/Bloc with offline-first SQLite/Isar synchronization.
  • Write native platform channels (Swift/Kotlin) for hardware integrations, Bluetooth, and biometric auth.
  • Optimize UI rendering performance to maintain steady 60/120 FPS frame rates without dropped frames.
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines via Fastlane and GitHub Actions for automated testing and store deployments.
  • Participate in technical architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers on the bench.
WHAT YOU BRING

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional mobile software engineering with 3+ years dedicated to production Flutter apps.
  • Deep understanding of Dart async programming, isolate workers, memory profiling, and garbage collection.
  • Proven track record of shipping top-rated production applications on Google Play and Apple App Store.
  • Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, background tasks, and push notification architectures.
  • Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development is a huge advantage.
