Friday night at Terraza Montemar, "La Casa del Chillo Frito". The terrace is full, the sea breeze is up and three plates of fried snapper sit under the heat lamp. Nobody is sure whose table they belong to, and the waiter who took the order is across the restaurant. Great food was never the problem.
