Challenge

Before the web application and admin panel, Logia COOP a leading player in social housing and managed all their landlord and service data using Excel spreadsheets. This made it difficult to track tenants, properties, and service requests accurately, often leading to delays, errors, and inefficiency. They envisioned a centralised digital platform that could securely store and manage all data, streamline workflows, and give staff real-time visibility — transforming their operations from manual, scattered processes into a single, organised system.
