These Terms of Service govern all technical discovery, custom software development, ERP implementation, mobile app engineering, and consulting services performed by Steigern Tech LLP and its international subsidiaries.
Each engagement is executed pursuant to an authorized Statement of Work (SOW) outlining technical specifications, milestone deliverables, and budget schedules.
Upon settlement of milestone invoices, 100% of all intellectual property, source code, Git repositories, architectural designs, database schemas, and documentation created specifically for the client belong exclusively to the client.
Steigern Tech assigns all patentable rights, copyrights, and trade secrets to the client's corporate entity without ongoing royalties or vendor lock-in.
Milestones are evaluated against mutual acceptance criteria defined in the SOW. Work is delivered via private Git repositories and verified via automated test suites.
Steigern Tech provides an unconditional 60-day post-deployment warranty covering bug resolution, performance stabilization, and release verification.
Contracts are executed under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, or alternatively through our registered entity in Melbourne, Australia (SteigernTech PTY LTD), as formally designated in the applicable Statement of Work.
Our legal and information security officers are available to review NDAs, master service agreements, and security compliance questionnaires.
